WE'RE MAKING CHANGES TO HOW WE MANAGE SOME PAYMENTS
GUELPH, ON MAY 31, 2024 - Charlie Harte, VP of Sales and Marketing at LUMINOR Environmental Inc.
Throughout the past year we've seen a number of changes in the industry regarding how our customers and partners interact across various markets. As we continue to grow, you, our water treatment partners, can expect LUMINOR to evolve with the industry, allowing for new opportunities and continued support as we keep up with market trends. Outlined below are the changes you can expect:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Customer bank fees will be the responsibility of the customer and not LUMINOR.
- If a customer's bank charges for a wire payment (ETF or ACH) and as a result the amount received by LUMINOR for the remittance is reduced, the customer still owes for that difference and will have an outstanding debt to LUMINOR.
- LUMINOR assumes any fees from its Bank for the processing of these payments.
EFFECTIVE JULY 1st 2024: A 2% administration fee will be added for customer credit card payments.
- This helps cover some of the associated transactional costs of this type of payment.
- EFT or ACH are the most cost-effective means of payment for all parties.
You can find our current Terms and Conditions of Sale in our Pricebook. For a full copy of our Terms please reach out to info@luminoruv.com.
Thank you,
Charlie Harte
